Welcome to VoraApparel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from VoraApparel. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

VoraApparel operates an online apparel store specializing in blank and unbranded clothing products, including but not limited to shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, jackets, and other apparel.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VoraApparel. “You” and “customer” refer to any person who accesses our website or purchases products from us.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, materials, measurements, and other product information as accurately as possible.

Because of differences in screens, lighting, manufacturing batches, and photography, actual product colors or appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

Certain blank apparel products may also have minor variations in sizing, stitching, fabric weight, texture, or construction between production batches.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before purchasing.

Sizing may vary depending on the garment, manufacturer, style, or production batch. Measurements provided on our website are approximate.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing your order.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed and accepted.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees disclosed during checkout.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be fulfilled directly by VoraApparel or by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

Depending on the product and fulfillment location, orders may be shipped internationally.

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

VoraApparel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the customer supplied an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Split Shipments

Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.

As a result, customers may receive multiple packages for a single order and those packages may arrive on different dates.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, products must satisfy the applicable return requirements before a refund or replacement is issued.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, printed on, embroidered, customized, damaged after delivery, or otherwise modified may not qualify for return.

Blank apparel intended for printing, embroidery, resale, or customization should be inspected before being modified.

Once a garment has been customized or altered by the customer or another business, VoraApparel is not responsible for replacing or refunding the garment unless required by law.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is materially damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, packaging images, order information, or other reasonable evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

Normal manufacturing tolerances, minor loose threads, slight color differences, minor measurement variations, or other insignificant imperfections may not constitute a defect.

11. Blank and Unbranded Apparel

VoraApparel primarily sells blank or unbranded apparel.

Unless explicitly stated on a product page, purchasing a blank garment does not include printing, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, labeling, private-label services, or other customization.

Any examples showing decorated or customized apparel may be for demonstration or styling purposes unless the product description specifically states that customization is included.

12. Resale and Customization

Customers may purchase products for personal use, resale, printing, embroidery, customization, or other lawful commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any artwork, trademarks, logos, designs, text, or branding they apply to the products do not infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.

VoraApparel is not responsible for a customer's unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted designs, or other protected material.

13. Intellectual Property

The VoraApparel name, logo, website design, graphics, text, photographs, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to VoraApparel and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or use our proprietary website content without our written permission.

Purchasing a garment from VoraApparel does not transfer ownership of any VoraApparel trademarks, logos, photographs, website materials, or other intellectual property.

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third parties to operate portions of our business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, warehouses, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and website platforms.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers except where required by applicable law.

15. Website Accuracy

We attempt to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, photograph, price, inventory amount, measurement, or other piece of information will always be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

16. Prohibited Uses

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoraApparel and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of our products, or infringement of another party's rights.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The most current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
